Your rights
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: to correct wrong or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to have it deleted, unless the law obliges us to keep it.
- Restriction: to pause its use.
- Portability: to receive it in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting what was done before.
How to exercise them
Email sales@jetservices.eu with the subject "Personal data", or write to 16 Akriton St., 142 35 Nea Ionia, Greece. We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that we do not give data to someone else.
When we reply
Within one month of the request at the latest. For complex requests this may be extended by two months, and we will tell you why.
Complaint
If you believe your data is not properly protected, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data of minors.
