Consumers: 14-day withdrawal
If you bought as a consumer without visiting us (e.g. by email or phone), you can withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason (Greek law 2251/1994). The product is returned complete, in its packaging and without wear beyond what was needed to inspect it. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back; return costs are yours, unless the product was faulty or wrong.
Businesses
For business purchases the terms of the quote apply. A wrong or faulty product is replaced or credited at our cost.
What cannot be returned
- Products ordered specially for you or built to your specification.
- Software licences and activated software.
- Aircraft parts that were installed, unsealed or are returned without all their documents.
- Consumables with a limited shelf life (e.g. chemicals, sealants) once opened.
Procedure
- Write to sales@jetservices.eu with the invoice number and the reason.
- We give you a return number and shipping instructions.
- We inspect the product and tell you about replacement, repair or refund.
