They carry the manufacturer's warranty (usually 2 – 3 years), as stated on the quote, plus the seller's legal guarantee for consumers.
Refurbished: 12-month warranty
Every refurbished computer, laptop and monitor has a 12-month warranty of proper operation, in every grade. You can extend it up to 36 months.
Cosmetic grades
The grade concerns appearance only; operation is tested and the same in every grade.

What we test on every refurbished unit
- Processor, memory, drives, ports, network card and Wi-Fi.
- Screen (pixels, backlight), keyboard, touchpad and speakers.
- Laptop battery: its capacity is stated on the quote.
- Secure drive erasure and a clean operating system installation.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from drops, liquids, power surges or misuse.
- Opening and repairs by third parties.
- The battery: it is a consumable and its capacity drops over time (the capacity at delivery is stated in the offer).
- Normal wear of other consumables.
- Software installed by the user and data loss — always keep backups.
Aircraft parts
They are delivered in the condition (NE, NS, OH, SV etc.) and with the documents stated on the quote. The warranty is set by the manufacturer or repair organisation and stated on the quote.
Installation work
Our installations and configurations (networks, phone systems, software) carry a 6-month workmanship warranty. If a problem comes from our own work, we come and fix it free of charge. Changes made by third parties after handover are not included.
