Shipping methods
- Courier within Greece: usually 1 – 3 working days.
- Abroad: with DHL, FedEx, UPS or the carrier of your choice, with tracking.
- Pickup from 16 Akriton St., Nea Ionia, by appointment.
- Delivery and installation on site, where agreed.
Cost and time
The cost and estimated delivery time are stated on every quote. For imported products the time includes transport and customs clearance.
Aircraft parts
They are packed to protect them from knocks, moisture and static electricity, and travel together with their documents. Dangerous goods (e.g. some chemicals and batteries) are shipped under their special transport rules.
Payment methods
- Bank deposit or transfer, to the accounts stated on the quote or invoice.
- IRIS (Greek instant payments): straight from your bank's e-banking or app.
- Bank cards (debit and credit).
- On pickup from 16 Akriton St., Nea Ionia (by appointment): cash (within the legal limits) or card.
- On credit for businesses with agreed terms.
Invoices
Every sale gets an invoice or receipt, transmitted to the Greek tax authority's e-books (myDATA).
